ORDERING YOUR PRODUCTS
You may order your products through our Shopping Cart, and we accept payment either by PayPal or through major credit cards on our secured socket layer payment processing system. Your order will be confirmed to you via email to the email address with which you provide us.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Your order will be delivered within seven to ten business days from our processing of your order, via UPS. Depending upon your order, several separate shipments or packages may be required – there is never an additional charge for this. Sorry – we cannot deliver products to P.O. Box addresses – Please supply us with a physical address.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For orders to be delivered within the continental United States, shipping and handling (“S&H”) charges are:
$15.00 US for orders up to $25.00;
$10.00 US for orders over $25.00, but less than $50.00;
$ 7.50 US for orders over $50.00, but less than $100.00;
$ 2.50 US for orders over $100.00, but less than $150.00;
*FREE* for orders over $150.00!
Residents of all other countries
$30.00 for orders up to $25.00;
$20.00 for orders over $25.00, but less than $50.00;
$15.00 for orders over $50.00, but less than $100.00;
$5.00 for orders over $100.00, but less than $150.00;
*FREE* for orders over $150.00!
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If for any reason any of your products do not arrive in proper operating condition due to damage during the course of shipment, simply advise us by emailing us at info@internalenergyplus.com (being sure to include your Order Number and the specific problem) within 7 days of your receipt of your order, and INTERNAL ENERGY PLUS, LLC will provide a means for you to return the damaged product to us at our expense. We will quickly replace the damaged item free of charge, and get it shipped out to you immediately. We regret that we cannot issue cash refunds or store credits for products damaged in shipment.
